How to book a private event:
Please fill out the event questionnaire below to get started. You may also email us at tanya@tantrickbrewing.com for more information. We recommend booking your event at least a month in advance, but we are happy to accommodate our guests however we can.

Room Fees:
Weekend Rates - $50/hr Full Day (4+ hours) - $150
Weekday Rates (Monday - Friday) - $25/hr Full Day (4+ hours) - $75

The room rental fee includes the following*:

Room set up and break down

Customizable 10 beer taps and bartender (Customization limited to what is available)

Fully furnished room with seating up to 40

Glassware for all beverages

Early access to the space for décor and set up as available

Correspondence with event manager and meeting to view the space and finalize details
*20% gratuity is automatically added to all event tabs

Payment Schedule:
Room rentals require the room fee to be paid at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your reservation. Final payment is due upon completion of the event.

You must agree that all alcoholic beverage items purchased or consumed by your attendees at Tantrick
Brewing Company must be supplied and prepared by Tantrick Brewing Co. It is the policy that no alcoholic beverages may be brought into Tantrick Brewing Co. for a private function. We reserve the right to request proof of legal drinking age when necessary.

The Tantrick Down Under is for people aged 21 and over. No minors are allowed to enter, even for special events.
Any catering brought into the taproom is the responsibility of the guests and/or caterer. All
catering items must be cleaned up and removed by the guest at the conclusion of the event.
Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee applied at the discretion of Tantrick
Brewing Co. after assessing the rental space.

Will I be able to play my own music?

Yes. We recommend bringing your own auxiliary cord and device to plug in to our sound system.

Can I bring in my own decorations?

Yes. You are more than welcome to customize the space for your event. We do not allow glitter, fire, sequins, or confetti (including confetti-filled balloons); a $100 cleaning fee will be added to your tab if you bring in these items.
